What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Macfox bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Macfox bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery to ensure your peace of mind on every ride.

Are Macfox e-bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes are rated IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
